Behind the Scenes of a Yala Photoshoot

October of 2010 marked the beginning of a transition for Yala. What started as a small family owned business was growing beyond the Morgan's expectations, and in new directions. Our former company name, 'Dreamsack' didn't encompass the global feeling of the variety of product we offered. Yala was born, and with it a new image.

Jared Cruce Studio was hired for our first Yala photoshoot and to produce and create a visual look that would set Yala apart and fulfill our redefined vision. "With the help of an amazing crew, some ridiculously talented models, and a supportive and artistic client we nailed it!" says photographer Jared. They decided on a location in Butte Falls, Oregon and turned one piece of land into more than five beautiful scenes.
